We’re looking for a talented, professional Buyer’s Agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process.

The Buyer Agent is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she/they will demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving Buyer Agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The Buyer Agent prospects for leads daily, closes those leads to appointments, closes for agreements, and then conducts a high-level fiduciary needs analysis.

The Buyer Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. Responsibilities
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market

  • Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close
  • Negotiating for buyers

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
  • 1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred
  • 1–3 years of management experience preferred
  • Note - There is a required dress code. No athletic sneakers and no jeans. Professional dress required

Compensation
$125,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings - commission based
