The real estate market is absolutely hot! We have more buyer leads than we can handle and we need some hungry, aggressive agents to help us close a bunch of deals.

The Jason Dillon Home Team @ Howard Hanna Rand Realty is in the top 1% of all real estate agents and is looking to grow even more in 2021. We are looking to bring on 2-3 agents in the next 30 days.

You will be guaranteed a minimum of 40 fresh leads per month in addition to thousands of leads already in our database that we are nurturing who aren't quite ready yet but will eventually need assistance. We will teach you how to generate clients through networking and nurturing relationships within your own circle of people you know.

In addition to a steady flow of leads, you will also have access to an incredible amount of support, training, technology, and resources. Everything you need to build a successful business with nearly no overhead.

We start with the end in sight and put a roadmap together to help you get there. We encourage all experienced, recently licensed, or those seeking their license to apply.

Plus, our team also happens to be some of the most fun and interesting people working in the Hudson Valley area!

PLEASE NOTE: It is very realistic for a committed, focused, and hard-working agent in this position to make $80,000-$100,000+.

• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
