You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Work with office staff to ensure every buyer or potential buyer has an exceptional experience with us
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Real-estate license or pursuing required
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • 1+ year of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
Compensation
$100,000 annual potential
