To succeed in this job, the ideal candidate needs to be able to work in concert with a sales team of other individuals dedicated to developing strong relationships with clients. Must be an excellent communicator, articulate, present well, and represent our team in a pleasant and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

  • Prospect for, follow-up with, present to, and service buyers. Consults with clients from initial contact through contract to close. Provides high-level needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search process.
  • Ability to communicate clearly; engaging and developing relationships with potential customers.  Master scripts and dialogues.
  • Overcome objections of prospects without pressuring the prospect.
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding home-ownership.
  • Effectively negotiates for all buyer clients.


Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
Compensation
$100,000 at plan
