We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting and lucrative opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads

  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • You must be a full-time agent! This is a full-time business that requires full-time hours to be successful. You must be present and willing to commit to attending team training and participating fully in activities during/for training
  • Be committed to your goal! This business has good days and bad

Qualifications
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation
$75,000 - $250,000 yearly
