You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. - Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Collaborate with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is closed
- Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Real-estate license or pursuing required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
$100,000 (commission based)
