Our real estate client, a Boutique Brokerage, is looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience outstanding. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Job seekers should be enthusiastic, driven, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for every buyer. Responsibilities
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale

  • Work with office staff to ensure every buyer or potential buyer has an exceptional experience with us
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Plan to be in the office at least 4 days per week for team huddles and role-play practice
  • Complete Daily Success Habits Tracker with a minimum of 20 calls per day to convert leads
  • Prepare a list of your Sphere of Influence and commit to making quality connections with those contacts monthly
  • Plan to close at least 24 units per year utilizing the training you receive and learning to lead generate at a high level

Qualifications
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly income possible
