- Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria
- Help to facilitate mortgage pre-certification on behalf of buyers when necessary
- Generate appointments
- Assist buyers and sellers
- Accept and follow up with ISA driven appointments promptly
- Report weekly numbers to Regional Directors or Location Leaders
Income plan: In order to take home $85,000 per year, (based on a $250,000 average price point) you will need to go on 1 appointment per week and have 2 closings per month.
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
- Get to know your clients and determine their needs while building rapport
- Communicate clearly both written and verbally
- Be resolutely persistent when challenges arise
- Ability to spend a large amount of time traveling by car
- Real Estate license
