Do you want to be part of an exciting community that’s invested in your growth? We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined, and be driven to succeed.

  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Collaborate with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is closed

  • Love the journey, not the destination. Will set a target and go out to pursue a goal.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have or be in pursuit of a real estate license
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
$100,000+ at plan commission
