We’re searching for talented, professional real estate buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our expanding team of Real Estate Professionals.  You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting leads to showing homes, to the negotiation process and final sale. You will be the buyer’s point of contact to ensure they have a positive experience. • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience

• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Reach out to leads and seek potential homebuyers to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
