THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an agent on our team, you will receive:

  • Leadership from a Lead Agent with over 18 years of experience selling hundreds of homes and is an expert at cultivating relationships that lead to an abundance of referrals. (with many opportunities of hot leads for you to work!)

  • Consistent leads for a manageable business. You will be able to focus on the client experience and make sure they are taken care of from the initial consultation to well after the transaction closes.

THE SUPPORT:
Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling and buying a home.

Our team includes a transaction coordinator, photographer, marketing agency, implementation coordinator, client care coordinator and coaches plus more. Each role handles the details which will free you to focus on the pre-qualified leads that we will supply.

We also have one of the most robust CRM's and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, the latest technology, and 7 client events available to all team members. YOU SHOW UP AND SELL and deliver "World Class Service" to EVERY client.

Responsibilities
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Technology driven
Compensation
$90,000 commission based
