Responsibilities
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale

  • Work daily to connect with customers who are interested in buying or selling real estate
  • Energetically connect and follow up with customers who are interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate
  • Meet with customers to discover their needs for their dream home and educate them on the home buying process
  • Serve clients by finding their dream home, negotiating a win-win deal, and leading them through the home buying process
  • Schedule and hold open houses to meet potential clients
  • Offer top-notch service to your clients by being readily available to advise and represent them

Qualifications

  • Currently licensed in Real Estate or willing to pursue a license. We can help you get one!
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time traveling by car
  • Some weekend and evening hours are required
  • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
  • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude

Compensation
$80,000+ at plan commision
