  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale

  • Acquire customers through leads, calls, and prospecting.
  • Work closely with buyers to locate and successfully purchase a home.
  • Comfortable managing technology platforms and entering lead information, prospecting updates, follow-up items, and tasks into a variety of online tools.

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Applicants should be organized, structured, and personally motivated to succeed.
