• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale

• Engage in marketing and lead generation activities to locate buy/sell opportunities for team

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends

After building a successful Real Estate and Property Management business under other Phoenix area brokerages for 12 years, Jason Geroux branched out on his own. Our name comes from 1st Peter 4:10 “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace.” We want to use our talents to serve our clients as agents of principle filled with grace and integrity.
