We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Working with buyers, sellers, and investors as their guide through their real estate transaction
- Participating in team social and training events
- Some office hours required, but mostly working remotely
- Calling prospective buyers and sellers
- Hosting Open Houses
- Researching and showing properties to potential home buyers
- Giving listing presentations and homebuyer consultations to prospective clients
- Participating in Client Appreciation events and activities
Qualifications
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- NY Real Estate license required
- Outgoing with excellent people skills - MOTIVATED, INSPIRED & DRIVEN to improve your life and the lives of others, while making some serious money
- Willingness to work hard, be flexible, and adaptable to continually changing ways of operating
- Desire to be part of a team that is quickly becoming one of the dominant sales forces in the Hudson Valley
- Knowledge of the Hudson Valley area housing and neighborhoods (or the desire to learn)
- Valid driver's license and can travel by car
- High School diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation
$75,000+
