Responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market

  • Create representation contracts, purchase agreements, and leases
  • Host open houses, and participate in networking activities to enhance your sales
  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term Real Estate career by supporting and learning from other team members

Qualifications
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

  • Current New Jersey Real Estate License required - Newly licensed is ok
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience highly preferred
  • Proficient in using Multiple Listing Systems (MLS)
  • Knowledge of online transaction management systems like dotloop, docusign, zipforms etc. and google suite of tools
  • Familiarity with the local market area (Monmouth, Middlesex, and surrounding areas)
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies quickly
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
  • Have good organizational and time management skills
  • Must love showing properties
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Must be a team player 

Compensation
$75,000+ at plan commission
