Responsibilities
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers for continual increase in your sales
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases to ensure a smooth process for all clients
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to provide desired results
  • Have an always learning mindset to enable growth with a supportive team
  • Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria and increase closed transactions
  • Provide mortgage options to clients that are within their budgets in order to close more transactions
  • Represent at least 30 to 50 buyers per year to achieve your compensation level goals
  • Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase submitted between contract and closing
  • Stay abreast of changing market conditions, economic trends, and applicable State and local regulations and laws
  • Primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Evaluate offer(s) and prepare “net sheet” on each for the owner to compare
  • Discuss goals to effectively sell/buy a house
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Always be positive - putting your best foot forward
  • Recently licensed in Real Estate or currently pursuing a Real Estate license
  • Time management and strong organizational skills are key
  • Experience in real estate sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
  • Detail oriented regarding contract writing and review
  • Time management and strong organizational skills are key
  • Be prepared for challenges and confront them with a positive mindset and determination
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Admin and clerical skills needed to manage files and records; Must have basic computer skills
  • Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively
  • Outstanding customer service skills a must
  • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license. (We can help you get one.)
  • Have an understanding of percentages, basic finances, and other simple math concepts
Compensation
$75,000 annually
