Real Estate Buyer’s Manager Wanted for Busy Real Estate Broker!

We are looking for a fun and energetic person who can assist in giving our clients the best Real Estate experience, possible.

A little about me (Chris Kappmeyer); I am a fun, seasoned, and energetic residential Broker of 32+ years, at least I think that I am, who prides himself in giving his clients the best services possible. My focus is to orchestrate my value-added buying and selling processes to my clients. Your focus will be to manage the client’s home buying process. Buyer Manager will be a salaried, in-office support system to allow me to maximize my area of expertise of connecting, relationship building, and give the Value-Added

This is NOT a receptionist position, but a position that you can use your creative juices, skills, and personality to help me be my client’s “Realtor for Life”. Other tasks include planning social events and gatherings (client appreciation parties), nurture Client relationships, help with presentation binders, home showings, open houses, and running errands. You will work with Virtual Assistants who will help you deliver my unique Home Buying Process. I have a separate Virtual Assistant who coordinates my transaction to close process.

M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with some weekends

Responsibilities

Initially, you will be assisting us with the following:

  • Helping Deliver our Unique Home Purchasing Process
  • Managing our Unique Client Lifetime Connection Program
  • Helping with Marketing to Help Generate Buyer Leads

Qualifications

Needs to possess the following skills:

  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Great reading and writing skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Take direction well
  • Self-motivated but a team player
  • Detailed-oriented!
  • Follow proven real estate processes
  • Brainstorming to help create business
  • Strategic thinking
  • Time blocking
  • Technical skills
  • People and communication skills

Some of the Day to Day Tasks may include:

  • A, B, C’s Process
  • Manage “Touchpoints” with A, B, C’s
  • Showing properties
  • Willingness to be an “All Hands on Deck” team player and jump in where needed
  • Implement client lifetime connection program and setting up MLS auto-searches
  • Checking and organizing e-mails
  • Finding creative ways to find inventory
  • Write thank you letters to clients
  • Giving direction to virtual assistants
  • Schedule and conduct “open houses”
  • “Warm” and “cold leads”
  • Thinking outside of the box in creating new lead opportunities
  • Run errands
  • Manage and update website
  • Giving direction to social media for campaigns

Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
