  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.

  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.
  • Current Real Estate License or working toward one
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time traveling by car
  • Some weekend and evening hours required

Brad lives in Stow with his wife Jennifer, son Austin, daughter Aurora and two St. Bernards; Mr. Bojangles and Tressel. Brad has a degree in both Commercial Real Estate and Finance from the University of Toledo.
