Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re looking for an experienced real estate sales buyer’s agent to join our growing team. You’ll work exclusively with buyers generated and/or approved by the Team Leader, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. You will have a Team Lead involved in all agreement negotiations and one on one daily coaching for lead generation and lead generation follow up practices. We have a Transaction Coordinator, Client Care Specialist, and a Full Marketing Team as part of our team and state of the art CRM and transaction management as a part of our processes. Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market

  • Close a required amount of appointments to contracts per month and present offers to listing agents using offer summary strategy
  • Participate in team building by attending each team meeting and meeting with the Lead Buyer Specialist weekly
  • Attend seminars, market center classes, and read books with the intent of always looking for new and innovative ways to increase production
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis promoting our services
  • Maintain a buyer inventory and use scripts on sales calls as needed to close the sale

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable car to travel to and from appointments

Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000
