We are looking for a go-getter Real Estate Sales Agent!

You will be given home buyer and seller contact information on a consistent basis and will be expected to nurture them through consistent communication and education towards a successful consultation and eventually closing. Follow up and follow through is crucial in this role.

You will be trained and coached on how to generate your own clients and will be responsible for doing so. Those merely looking to join a team for "leads" need not apply.

  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads

  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Must have a laptop computer
  • Must have a reliable vehicle
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be a team player
