Our goal is to onboard and develop a new team member by sharing proprietary strategies which have directly contributed to our success rate of 1.75 offers to contract, a strong client base, local recognition, and strong partnerships with our vendors and business counterparts. We will provide you with tools and strategies which allow you to grow your career as we grow (our business has consistently yielded 50-75 deals a year over the last 7 years, and we are projected to increase to 75-100 deals in the upcoming year). At the same time that we are supporting and growing our business, we are committed to helping fuel your success as an individual agent. In this position, you will have the potential to earn above-average income while learning from 3 experienced agents.

Responsibilities

As an agent representing the brand of Century 21 and an agent on the Buy Side of our team’s business, you will work directly with clients from the onboarding phase through the closing phase, and everything in-between. 

  • Educate buyers and sellers about the home buying and listing processes, especially in a competitive environment
  • Perform high-level negotiations on behalf of our clients and as well as yours (Our team collaborates regularly to continuously develop our competitive advantage) 
  • Write, proofread, and submit competitive contracts
  • Showing homes to potential buyers
  • Communicate, refine, and manage MLS matches daily for all clientele, including potential leads
  • Work with third-party vendors, including showing services, other agents, and property owners
  • Promptly and proactively respond to all client phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Act as a traffic controller/Transaction Coordinator by keeping the team and clients apprised of ongoing developments
  • Manage and coordinate under contract transactions
  • Act as a liaison on behalf of the team to provide the highest quality of excellence in professional service to clients from prospect to customer

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have a current real estate license and is someone who, while trying to develop their own business, would like to earn additional money in the process.

  • Proactive in reaching out with questions or improvements
  • Self-driven, and seeks to improve processes. Not afraid to make suggestions. Highly effective problem solver.
  • Detail-oriented with a high aptitude for absorbing information and applying that information in a professional environment.
  • Skilled at customer service; high emotional intelligence; ability to walk through and resolve difficult conversations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally articulate key aspects of a transaction to clients
  • Able to anticipate team needs and be 100% dependable for keeping the team on task with upcoming important dates; ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions, often under the pressure of one or more deadlines
  • Ability to immediately move your business to Century 21® Golden West Realty
  • Very strong project management and customer service skills
  • A good cultural fit within the team

Compensation
$50,000-$150,000
