From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and last sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined, and be driven to succeed.

- Contact and follow-up with leads to assess their wants and needs
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process, including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Highly proficient in languages: Chinese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, or German
- Florida real-estate license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
