- Must be open to using my CRM’s, high-level coaching (already paid for and included), mentorship, Dotloop, MLS
- Most sales will happen in the Des Moines area but must be willing to travel to any location in central Iowa
- Wanting to learn more and take on investor clients
This is a team position, so systems are already in place for marketing, TC, coach and mentor, and an assistant for technology. Candidates must fill out the DISC assessment. A sales record with volume and goals to come with a resume!
Responsibilities
- Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and escrow companies
- Prepare necessary paperwork, contracts, purchase agreements, and leases
- Compile lists of real estate properties with details regarding their location and features
- Promote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services, and advertisements
- Establish a network of mortgage lenders, contractors, and legal attorneys to whom you can refer clients
- Inspect condition of premises and organize for necessary maintenance or inform property owners of maintenance needs
- Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power
Qualifications
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Show a track record of real estate success

Compensation
$50,000 - Commission Based
