You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property.   • Acquire customers through leads, calls, and prospecting
  • Assist buyers through all aspects of the home buying process, from contract to close
  • Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent, and clear communication, showing properties, and fulfilling their role as a buyer specialists
  • Assist in all aspects of the sales process from contract to close
  • Collaborate with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is concluded

  • The successful buyers specialist will complete the following action items as needed:
  • Submit DAILY SUCCESS HABIT TRACKER to the Team Leader OR other appointed individual by 10:00 am daily: mandatory for the first 30 days with the Team
  • Prospect for new clients and leads: Commit to 100 calls per week with a written log, conduct scripted follow-up calls on new contacts and leads, begin to build Contact Management System as outlined by this company, and submit log sheet weekly to the Team Leader
  • Participate in all team meetings and provide any support the Team Leader requires: Attend and actively participate in sales meeting every Monday at 9 a.m. or at any other time called by the Team Leader and provide written summary to the Team Leader
  • Participate in DAILY HUDDLE at 9 a.m. Tuesday through Friday: verbally provide an overview of the daily schedule and desired goals, take advantage of the opportunity for feedback on daily calls, scripts, and check-ins
  • Schedule and show properties to buyers, preview homes online prior to show, organize documents and any relevant data provided by the listing agent, and know the market and have a basic understanding of all factors that contribute to a home’s value (including but not limited to construction characteristics, the health of the HOA, comparable sales activity, etc.)
  • Schedule and hold open houses: Primarily for CRP listings, for other listing agents within the company when CRP has no available open houses, and keep written log of attendees and use for follow-up campaigns
  • Write contracts: accepted sales contracts EACH MONTH
  • Negotiate contracts: Keep buyer’s best interest in mind and ask for assistance from the Team Leader
  • Participate in and provide assistance for home inspections
  • Coordinate with Team Leader on consultation of inspection report/requests with clients 
  • Negotiate inspection requests on behalf of the client
  • Provide leads for listing agents: using scripts and dialogs, contact a variety of prospects, including expired listings and properties for sale by the owner
  • Engage in ongoing education opportunities as provided by this office, Workman Success Solutions, and the local board of realtors to maintain active licensing as well as to provide the most relevant and up-to-date information for buyers
  • Develop and feed a buyer inventory
  • Add a minimum of 15 leads every month
  • Use the specified lead management system and label buyers A, B, C
  • Copy the Team Leader on all relevant communications about/involving clients (particularly clients referred out by Team Leader)
  • Keep Outlook/Google calendar updated 
  • Tag CR_Partners on all applicable Instagram posts from the agent’s work Instagram account
  • Assist office staff when necessary
  • Answer the team phone number using the company script as designated by the Team Leader
  • With training, conduct buyer presentations to first-time home buyers, individual buyers, and investors

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
$50,000 - $100,000+ per year
