Here is what we offer!!!

• Commission Plan - On the $4,200 plan you'll receive 100% of your commission minus only $4,200 annually. May only be adjusted based on inflation.
• No Additional Fees - No franchise fees, no office fees, no technology fees.

• Agent Annual Fee - Red 1 Realty to provide E&O policy at the brokerage level. The annual fee is $199 (subject to change based on E&O costs).
• Electronic Signature Platform - Brokerage will provide Dotloop Premium at no cost to the agent.
• Websites with IDX - Red 1 Realty will provide a website with IDX feed at no cost to the agent - currently KV Core.
• CRM - Red 1 Realty to provide Customer Relationship Management software at no cost to the agent.
• Support - Local broker available via call, text, email and office meetings to answer agent questions in real time.
• Showing Service - brokerage firm will provide Showing Time at no cost to the agent
• Free Wires - The title company will wire your funds to the brokerage so you don't have to drive checks to the bank or office saving you valuable time.
• Paid At The Table - The agent portion of the commission is wired immediately at closing.
• Apps - Brokerage firm will provide an app for the agent to manage CRM and and app for the clients to search homes
• Monthly Newsletter - Agent branded and customizable newsletter that you can send to your sphere each month
• Exit Policy - You may take your active listings and active buyers with no fee to your new brokerage if you choose to leave.

• List and sell residential real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Master organizer of systems, files, and your time with excellent follow-up skills
• Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
• Strong problem-solving skills with solution oriented focus
