We are looking for a driven sales person who will be good but knows that with the right coaching and leads, they could close a lot more business. We have plenty of ISA set buyer appointments in Baltimore City!

Responsibilities
- Confirm & prequalify clients from ISA preset buyer meetings; attend meetings and secure buyer's agreements from these team-provided leads/appointments
- Prospect, follow up and set sphere appointments with your clients
- Participate in Redux's World Class Training! (Virtual - M-F, 9:00-9:30 AM)
- Serve your clients with passion & integrity
- Coordinate with your Transaction Coordinator to see your deals through to closing
Qualifications
- A Maryland Real Estate license is required
- 1-2 years of successful experience in real estate sales, preferably specializing on the buyer's side
- Driven and determined mindset with the energy and follow through to achieve your goals
- A can-do attitude and the willingness to prospect for some of your own deals
- Desire and matching work ethic required to make 6 figure income
- Integrity and character to serve clients and represent the team well
Compensation
$112,000 Commission based income
