Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us.   • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline

  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads

  • Should have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of successful real estate sales
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
