We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities

  • Search for prospective homebuyers
  • Touring homes with buyers
  • Helping buyers negotiate offers
  • Research market for buyers! Show CMA results to help buyers get the right price on a home
  • Assist buyers throughout the home buying process and closing
  • Working with buyers to get through the ending/inspection/appraisal/closing process
  • Keep buyers informed of newly available home inventory

Qualifications

  • Strong in-person and phone skills
  • Discipline to perform daily tasks by taking initiative and ability to work individually and as a team
  • Complete MN real estate pre-licensing course as well as pass MN and National real estate exam
  • MN real estate license or ability to get one
  • Motivation and POSITIVE ATTITUDE
  • Outing with excellent people skills: Motivated, invited, and driven to make some serious money
  • Sales skills a plus (but we also offer lots of training)
  • Goal-driven
  • Outstanding customer service a must

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
