We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close

  • Working and nurturing team-generated leads through the home buying or selling process
  • Meeting 30-60-90 day metrics to build the foundations of a successful business
  • Following a structured onboarding process and be receptive to continued coaching - we're always improving our business
  • Mastering the Central Virginia Real Estate Market and becoming a neighborhood expert
  • Holding yourself accountable for your actions, and working to continuously grow your real estate business
  • Setting goals to push your business further
  • Phone prospecting, as well as in-person prospecting using proven scripts for success

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends

  • Motivated, high energy people who want to grow their real estate business
  • Sales experience or customer relationship experience
  • Great time management
  • Comfortable making new relationships and finding clients everywhere you go
  • Individuals who want to work towards a common goal, helping to grow a team to the next level

  • Individuals who want to work with a top ten ranked real estate team in RVA to learn and grow their business to the next level
  • Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license (no license, no problem! We teach in house!)

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
