We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. The Porter Group will support with full-service transaction coordination, paid marketing expenses, qualified lead assignment, one-on-one sales training and accountability, and educational/career development allowances. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

What will you do?

These are the standards a Buyer Agent will maintain or exceed:

  • Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close appointments for agreements
  • Identify and select homes that meet the clients’ needs
  • Present homes in a professional manner while refining needs and closing for contract offers
  • Negotiate win-win purchase contracts
  • Work alongside the Transaction Coordinator to ensure a first-class closing process
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership issues

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer transactions from initial contact to close
  • Lead generation and lead followup
  • Buyer consultation
  • Contract negotiation

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 at plan commission
