Who are we looking for?

The Buyer Agent at The Collective is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. They are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The Buyer Agent prospects for leads daily close those leads to appointments, closes for agreements, and as clients explore homes the buyer agent works with them to confirm and/or refine their criteria. The Buyer Agent will negotiate the offer, write the contract, and oversee the deal through it’s close alongside the team’s transaction coordinator. The Buyer Agent will have a compelling desire to support the team in achieving success while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team. He/She will also demonstrate a commitment to learning and strive for growth by regularly attending courses and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

Essential duties & responsibilities

  • Prospect/Lead Generation for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analysis
  • Convert leads to appointments and appointments to closings
  • Take buyers through consultation convert to a signed VIP Buyer
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
  • Driving buyer clients to homes, if necessary
  • Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria
  • Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
  • Effectively negotiate for all buyers
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
  • Attend Inspections, Appraisals, and Closings for represented buyers
  • Prompt and on time for all meetings and appointments
  • Create RAVING FANS with every client interaction 

Goals & Expectations

  • Daily Lead Gen - 3 Hours, 20 Contacts, 1 appt (Subject to Change)
  • Report Numbers Daily
  • 4 Closings a Month
  • Host 3 Open Houses a Month
  • Add 20 Contacts to Database per Month
  • Attend all mandatory meetings and trainings (team, KW, and outside companies included)
  • Adhere to all systems and client standards
  • Create, organize and submit your database within 30 days & again at 90 days
  • Review MLS listings, conduct market research daily
  • Weekly coaching session with MAPS Coach


Communication/Interactions

  • Lead Agent - daily
  • Director of Operations/Transaction Coordinator - at appropriate touch points & necessary client updates/requests
  • Buyer Agent HUB & Buyer Production Board - daily
  • Showing Assistant (if applicable) - daily
  • Team Meetings - weekly
  • Client/Leads - daily


Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge/Skills + Culture

  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Excellent at building rapport
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car


Compensation
$100,000 - $500,000 yearly
