As a Buyers Agent, you will specialize in the entire buying experience (Building trust and rapport) as a dedicated, knowledgeable, and experienced real estate expert. You will engage with new buyers, implement buyer consultations, represent them exclusively, and be a local expert. This role requires agents to be as helpful and dependable as possible. In doing so, you will implement first-class customer service and impart market data to assist buyers in formulating educated decisions together. The above will ultimately improve buyer probability of finding their dream home in a timely fashion. Agents will have access to the team tech stack as well as training that occurs weekly. Training will include cutting-edge industry training related to the market trends, sales training, and negotiation.
