You will receive the support of our office and team of assistants. We also have one of the most robust CRM and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the details which will free you to focus on the pre-qualified leads that we will supply as well as the appointments we will set. - Create relationships with buyer leads coming to the team via phone and internet
- Immediately respond to internet, phone, and text leads
- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
- Refine buyers criteria and select appropriate strategies
- Create documents such as representation contracts and purchase agreements
- Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; Present purchase offers to sellers
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
- Educate buyer clients about home buying/selling process
- Keep Hamilton & Co. informed on all client communications and developments using our systems
- Active SC Real Estate License (We can tell you how to get this if you don't already have one)
- Commitment to close 29+ transactions in first full year with the help of our team and systems
- Top-notch follow up, phone and internet skills
- An impeccable reputation for integrity
- A history of "wins" in business or sales
- Knowledge of Greenville and Upstate SC
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity
