We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-crushing Sales Representative.

The Real Estate Business Development Manager is responsible for building our client base of rental property owners needing top-notch property management services. The Business Development Manager is a strong salesperson bold enough to always ask for the close. They will leverage themselves within the community and build their sphere of influence to poise IRBY as the top Property Management company in the area. The Business Development Manager will have the unique opportunity to build processes and procedures to make their proven way scalable to multiple markets. 

Strength of character, leadership, and sales acumen carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up

  • Respond to leads quickly and effectively through various communication channels
  • Network with and educate influencers about our property management services
  • Qualify and convert prospects into clients
  • Manage a robust pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses
  • Learn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate and FHA laws
  • Complete the necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new properties


Qualifications
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Decisive and proactive in the sales process
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented

  • Property Management or Real Estate experience
  • Business and negotiation acumen


Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
