We’re looking for a Real Estate Office Manager/ Brokerage Administrator in order to assist in streamlining our day-to-day office operations, property management needs and to assist in the development of staff and creation of brokerage systems. Responsibilities include monitoring and assisting the transaction coordinators, listing managers, scheduling to include updating the office calendar, broker compliance and back-end items, answering and servicing incoming calls from various clients, agents and vendors and assisting with the coordination of client events and agent seminars.
