Responsibilities
  • We're in the office several days per week.
  • One weekly Team Meeting
  • One weekly 1 on 1 meeting for training and mentoring 
  • Complete our 90 day training program
  • Prospect for new business and follow up with inbound leads
Qualifications
  • Be licensed to sell real estate in Washington 
  • Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
  • Be diligent and have an attention for details
  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
