We’re looking for a highly-driven full-time real estate managing broker to lead our top-performing team. You’ll recruit new agents to grow your real estate brokerage, create training materials to develop high-producing agents, and oversee operations to ensure company success. The ideal candidate is a real estate professional who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of building successful real estate teams. Responsibilities
- Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team
- Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in
- Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage
- Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage
- Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales
- Follow up on leads, hold appointments and ensure communication with clients through transactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
- Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license
- Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage
- Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
