Are you an agent and having problems getting your phone to ring? We have leads and we need experienced agents to work them! We are seeking a licensed real estate broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record of success in the industry. As a real estate broker, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will need to be an expert in your local real estate market and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.


  • Find new clients through marketing, networking, and other strategies
  • Conduct property valuations to determine accurate pricing for properties
  • Create listings and advertise properties for sale
  • Host open houses
  • Work with buyers and sellers to negotiate deals and agree on terms of sale or rental
  • Coordinate and manage the closing process, ensuring that all legal requirements are met
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the real estate industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry


  • Active real estate broker license
  • Proven track record of success in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills & strong knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills & ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car

$200,000 - $250,000 yearly
