This is a high residual commission-based position. It is possible to make 6 figures monthly or 7 figures yearly with this model. This is not a salary position.

We are in need of a professional Real Estate Broker to help us identify energetic agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers
  • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and oversee all transactions the real estate agents perform
  • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards
  • Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales
  • Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Applicants need a managing broker’s license
  • Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
  • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
