- Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage
- Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards
- Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale
- Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions
- Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents
- Director must attend all team outings, client events, team-building exercises, etc
- Develop training curriculum for real estate agents and conduct team trainings and 1v1 meetings to keep our agents at the forefront of our industry
- Available to answer calls, texts, and emails within reason during off-hours including weekends
- Must work in designated office with agents, staff, and select vendors to assist with questions, contract work, and systems
- Director must be able to resolve conflict and utilize high-level critical thinking and business management skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
- Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance
- Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license
- Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
- Superb customer service and communication skills
- 5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Currently licensed as a real estate agent in the State of WI
- Working knowledge of the real estate industry and market, including national Fair Housing and real estate laws
$100,000 ($60,000 salary plus potential bonuses)
