The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail, and exhibits an exceptionally professional manner.

  • Develop and manage a list of potential customers, leads, contacts, communications, follow up status, and potential calendar meetings/agendas
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Report on a regular basis progress and status of leads and contacts
  • Strategic planning to maximize contacts, business relationships, and branding exposure
  • Request required initial documentation from the client
  • Communicate with lenders and clients
  • Closely monitor progress from all parties to ensure timelines are met


  • Experience using MLS and Mac computers
  • Phone customer service experience
  • Tech savvy: Know how to use google/Gmail, social media and familiar with project management software 
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and not need to be micromanaged
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in the office 
  • Has strong organizational skills 
  • Is comfortable using social media
  • Is an excellent writer and not afraid to pick up the phone and make a call
  • Is comfortable in the ever-changing environment and likes taking on new challenges and learning new things

$16 - $20 hourly
