Commission Based - Agents can see anywhere from 35K to 120K their first year, with big growth potential

• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

• Successfully navigate and complete Sherpa Real Estate's 90 Day onboarding process
• Become adept at the processes of negotiation, contract creation, and management, and client risk protection

• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Technology driven
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Show good organizational and time management skills
