We are looking for a LOCAL [Phoenix Metropolitian area], part-time real estate administrative assistant. We are looking for a motivated, reliable self-starter to be part of our team. Need to be willing to do what it takes to be successful. Must be highly detailed-oriented, technologically savvy, and have an Arizona Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

  • Position will support the Listing Coordinator and Transaction Coordinator
  • Positon will assist with Lead Generation administration
  • Postion will support and assist the Lead Agent

Qualifications

  • Must have Arizona Real Estate License
  • Must have 2 years real estate transactional experience
  • Very technologically savvy
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Very detailed-orientated
  • Fully-equipped home office and mobile phone
  • Works well on deadlines
  • Likes fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined and able to be self-managed
  • Desire to be part of a successful team
  • Have experience with:
  • DocuSign
  • Paperless Pipeline
  • Zipforms
  • MLS
  • Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com
  • DropBox
  • MS Word and MS Excel
  • Willing to run local Real Estate errands

Compensation
$15 - $20 hourly
