We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and organized individual to work as a full-time Real Estate Assistant/Transaction Coordinator. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. This Person should be goal-oriented, very detail-oriented, and self-managed. This person will also be the first point of contact in handling customer service inquiries and challenges.

Day to day activities will include managing office operations, assisting Team Leader as needed, managing the real estate Listing/Transaction process for the team, developing and utilizing social media, and all administrative tasks for the team as well as customer and realtor relations.
