We are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Showings Assistant to join Golden Equity Investments in Atlanta, GA. You will be asked to drive to and from scheduled showings while providing exceptional customer service as you assist with property showings for our clients. You will be responsible for facilitating the showings, providing support during the showing, and answering inquiries from potential buyers. Your enthusiasm and customer service skills will be valued as you help us grow our business. This is a great opportunity to gain real estate experience in the hot Atlanta market and to make a meaningful impact on our business. Salary is $13-$15/hour. - 15- 25 Hrs /Week

• Accompany prospective buyers for home showings and answer any questions they might have about the property
• Maintain accurate records of showings
• Utilize effective communication to coordinate successful showings with buyers and sellers
• Maintain professional standards of customer service at all times
• Provide guidance and support to the Real Estate Agents with scheduling

• Must possess a valid real estate license in the state of Georgia
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have excellent written & verbal skills
