We are a successful real estate team located in Oakland. Our philosophy is simple: clients come first. We're looking for an active team member who likes to assist and will help continue to achieve the level of service we deliver to clients while helping us expand and grow the business.

Our Ideal Candidate:
You enjoy working with a wide variety of people and you love and understand residential real estate! You have a little bit of experience in property management as well as traditional residential real estate, including some of the accounting. You enjoy establishing systems, processes, procedures and being the right-hand person, assisting wherever necessary. You love the details and you love making improvements in the business, collaborating, and you maintain a positive attitude. You have a great deal of energy but are calm under pressure and know how to quickly shift gears when the situation calls for it. You are organized, organized, organized! You love calendars and managing projects. You are tech savvy and able to jump right in and get started in assisting with the marketing initiatives!

Location/commute: Oakland, CA. Candidate MUST live within a 60-minute commute of Oakland and have your own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
Type of employment/hours: Full-time, 9-5:30 M-F, flexibility on weekends. Potential to work remotely down the road once established.
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 plus bonus
Benefits: Negotiable, PTO, Sick Days
