One of New Jersey's premier Real Estate brokerages is on the hunt for a dynamic Co-Broker/Manager to help our Broker of Record at their corporate office. Our managers mentor agents, assist with transactions, recruit talent, and ensure that the office operates smoothly.

The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a team of sales professionals toward their individual and team goals. Sales managers recruit and train new agents to build the office and manage a profit-and-loss statement according to annual goals. Candidates must be able to develop a culture within the office that is in line with the firm's result-oriented methodology.

  • Recruit experienced sales professionals
  • Keep agents informed on company education being offered and any changes going on within the company
  • Attend Leadership meetings
  • Maintain a healthy Profit and Loss statement
  • Share in the responsibilities of the management of our corporate office
  • Assist salespeople with complicated


  • A valid Broker-Salesperson Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Computer literacy must include Google products and Microsoft
  • Must have had success running a team or office in the past
  • A willingness to learn, stay up-to-date on market trends, and have a growth mentality

$25,000 - $30,000 Plus Bonus
