We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to handle day-to-day tasks that free up the team lead to meet with clients. This will include answering calls & email requests from clients & service providers, maintaining an appointment calendar, and maintaining a robust Contact Relationship Management (CRM) software system. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials (social media, included) and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.
(This is a part-time position, 20-25 hours a week, with the possibility of going full-time/salary at a later date).
