We’re hiring a driven real estate assistant to join our Operations Team supporting our Buyer Agents. The Buyer Coordinator is an integral part of the Team. Responsible for the day to day management of a large inventory of active buyers, the Buyer Coordinator is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way and with a high degree of quality. Customer service is paramount and the ability to remain calm and collected under pressure is a requirement. The Buyer Coordinator is the first point of contact for each of our buyers and acts as a liaison between them and the Buyer Agent Team. This person is deeply committed to supporting the Buyer Agent Team in achieving greater and greater levels of success. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate paperwork between clients and Agents
  • Make appointments and showing itineraries for Agents
  • Stay on top of timelines and calendar
  • Manage a large database of clients in CRM
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and Agents
  • Prepare paperwork and marketing materials
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance

Qualifications
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner

  • Familiar with Google Docs, Drive, and Multiple Listing Service
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Team player

$40,000
